Our Process
We travel
to find the most delicious fruit grown on Greek soil.
We choose
our producers according to the quality of their fruit, their consistency and the correct farming practices they observe.
We transport
fresh fruit to our nearest processing plants.
We control
the quality of the fresh fruit we collect with the utmost care.
We select
the fruit and choose only those that are most suitable for juicing.
We wash
the fruit diligently in order to remove micro-organisms and foreign matter from their skin.
We juice
each fruit using special methods in order to remove the skin and pips so that we only collect their fresh juice.
We carry out
controls via the quality assurance department, on the quality characteristics of the juice so that they meet international food regulations (AIJN code of practice).
We store
our juice in special areas with suitable conditions to preserve all their vitamins and nutrients until they are bottled.
We pasteurize
our juice slightly for a short time to ensure juice safety against micro-organisms and then we standardize it in its final packaging.
We follow
all the procedures of the food safety management system (ISO 22000:2005 & IFS) in order to ensure that our products are absolutely suitable for consumption.
